SkyMesh surpasses 40,000 connections

It’s official! SkyMesh now connects more than 40,000 rural and remote Australian homes.

We were a Brisbane-based start-up only 15 years ago.

Historically, we’ve always delivered Internet services to rural Australians. But in 2018, we decided to get laser-focused about our commitment to this group of people. We let go of our what metro fixed line services we offered.

Now – in 2020 – we only deliver nbn’s fixed wireless and satellite internet services to rural and remote Australians.

The end result of this decision can be seen in the quality of service we deliver to our happy 40,000+ customers across Australia’s countryside.

Our most recent Customer Survey told us that 93 per cent of our customers see our customer service as above average. In fact, 54 per cent see our customer service as excellent.
